SA Entrepreneur Mmuso Mafisa Designs An Extended Reality App Aimed At Disrupting The Current Education System

SA Entrepreneur Mmuso Mafisa Designs An Extended Reality App Aimed At Disrupting The Current Education System. South African entrepreneur and co-founder of Veza Interactive Mmuso Mafisa took to Twitter to share that the company has designed an extended reality app that is aimed at disrupting the current education system. In the post Mafisa reaches out to renowned entrepreneur, Vusi Thembekwayo about a possible collaboration they could work on.

The post read, “Hey @VusiThembekwayo howzit bruv? We designed an extended reality app that can teach people using immersive tech. Would love to collaborate on disrupting our current education system by Tokenizing learning #VezaSgela using #Web3 solutions today Courtesy of @vezainteractive” Innovative ideas and products such as these are needs in the society as it creates new ways of doing things. Using an extended reality app makes the learners experience a different learning experience that will provide a unique perspective as to how they view the things they are learning about.

This will make it easier for teachers to explain complex concepts as they will be demonstrated in the app. This extended reality app seeks to use immersive tech which creates distinct experiences by merging the physical world with a digital or simulated reality. Augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) are two principal types of immersive technologies. These technologies share many of the same qualities. These technological tools can be used to develop ideas that people once thought were impossible. Entrepreneurs like Mafisa identify problems that could be solved by these technologies and by doing so they are making it easier for people to trust what the technology can offer.

Mafisa is the co-founder of Veza Interactive which is a company that believes all online social engagements will migrate to purely digital formats. This suggests that Augmented Reality services will be an imperative tool for business to utilise, especially if they want to have a competitive advantage in the future.
