100% Black Owned Software Start-Up Tech-Capital Seeks To Create Change By Empowering The Youth. Tech-Capital is a 100% Black Owned Company run and managed by its Founder and Director Mphaila Jonny Mokoka. The company was founded on August 13th 2018 with two main objectives, to provide expertise to today’s ever dynamic economy and do so while empowering the youth and meeting BEE imperatives.

The company specialises in IT consultancy services, however it also does Mentoring and Coaching services, Oracle and Microsoft training, Bursary administration, and land transportation services. Tech-Capital’s mission is all about making its customers’ businesses successful. The company lives this and always focuses on what it can do above and beyond what its customers expect to surprise and delight them. The company walks in the customers shoes and by its actions inspires all its people to really understand its customers – what makes them tick, what would exceed their expectations, where their pain points are and what could most benefit their business.

Tech-Capital always has the courage to do what is in the best interest of the customer and/or the company ahead of its own personal interest. Tech-Capital specialises in designing software applications for a specific user or group of users within an organization. Such software are designed to address precisely user needs. The company also offers bursary & mentoring programs for young people. It has successfully managed a similar program for Oracle, and it is in line to do the same for Vodacom in 2021. It administers the bursary schemes on their behalf, finding the best students worthy of their funding.

The company’s programme offers an archive of resources for graduate students who are eager to learn best practices for pursuing and maintaining productive career paths. Identifying potential mentors within its pool of resources the company believes is a process of self-reflection, communication, patience, and collaboration for graduates. Reflecting on their personal mentorship needs is a great way to begin their careers.
