DJ Tira Launches His Own Clothing Label Called ‘Rockstar Forever Clothing’

South African DJ and producer DJ Tira took to Twitter to announce the launch of his new clothing label called Rockstar Forever Clothing. The DJ revealed that he collaborated with local designer Rare Effect in order to bring this clothing label to life. Most of the pieces on the collection are limited edition and they might sell out as Tira is one of the most successful and influential musicians in South Africa.

The post read, “12h00 We launch Rockstar Forever Clothing at https://t.co/DCLNcInqnF don’t sleep on it. Party in the right swag get the #RockstarForeverClothing” DJ Tira collaborated with Rare Effect to produce this limited edition collection because when he was growing up he always aimed to be the ‘best among the rest’ and throughout his journey he didn’t want to leave anyone who is also destined to be the best like him behind.

The clothing brand includes items such as jackets, t-shirts, sweaters and pants. Some are printed with DJ Tira’s face while the others are just printed with the name of the brand in different styles and designs. The DJ is known for being a brilliant musician, but he is also an accomplished entrepreneur that has the ability of turning a business idea, into a major success. DJ Tira has demonstrated this with his Afrotainment record label which is one of the most successful independent record labels in the South African music industry and also through his ‘Fact Durban Rocks’ events that have redefined the events and entertainment landscape in Durban.

The venture into the fashion industry might see him also developing brands that will take over the industry and become a major player in the sector. DJ Tira shows that in order to build a legacy that is well rounded and respected, one has to diversify their business portfolio as this creates multiple sources of income but also brings impact to one’s business career as they would have impacted and changed many lives in different sectors through the creation of jobs and other opportunities that come with the business.
