The post read, “Another One #Nkao Tempela Bathu has won the retail store design of the Year 2021 at the South African council of shopping centers. It started by selling from the boot of my car to building award winning retail stores #30under30. The first few years of trade we were solely a direct sales business selling from the boot of my car before building our online store/Omni channel. 2 years ago we stared building our retail footprint and we have build 30 brick & mortar stores nationwide with 300+ people employed. A big thank you to our forever hardworking Bathu team , our esteemed clients , our visionary head of retail (Tshiamo) and our awesome family Stag designs. Walk Your Journey”
Winning this type of award only shows how the Bathu brand is dedicated to providing excellent services and products to its clients. The company has won because of how they design their retail stores, this shows that the design of its retail stores makes it appealing and encourages customers to enter the store and spend money.
In business, the presentation of the product or service matters a lot because it assures customers that the company knows what it is doing. It also shows that the company cares about its public image as this can also be used as a marketing tool. When people like the Bathu store design they will be compelled to actually enter the shop and view the products on offer, and buy some of the products as well.
