Drip Footwear Founder Lekau Sehoana Announces The Purchase Of A Building For The Company’s Headquarters

Drip Footwear Founder Lekau Sehoana Announces The Purchase Of A Building For The Company’s Headquarters. Having a building where one’s business can operate conveniently is something that every entrepreneur strives for. This is because many entrepreneurs do not have the luxury of having sufficient working space for their company to function optimally.

Most businesses start out by renting premises so that they can be used as a base for their business. This is because buying a building is very expensive and most entrepreneurs do not have the capital to invest in such a resource at an early stage of their business.

Drip Footwear Founder Lekau Sehoana took to Instagram to announce that the company has bought a building that it will be using as its headquarters. Sehoana shared how he use to sell his sneakers using Taxify, Uber and his cat boot, now he has opened many stores across the country and has managed to purchase a building for the company’s headquarters. The post read, “From selling @dripfootwearsa using Taxify and Uber, to selling using the Car Boot. To renting a 24 Square Meter Room, to renting a 94 Square Meter Building. To renting our Current 1500 Building…. And to this Moment, buying an Entire Building. Corporate Offices and a huge Warehouse… a 3 Level Building. Ladies and Gentlemen, we’re going to take all the love and Support we get and grow this Brand. No Funding and no Investors. #JobsWillBeCreated. 1 Drip at a Time.”

Drip Footwear has grown at a rapid rate over the last few years, the company has been able to rent premises to use as their headquarters, but the Sehoana had other plans for the business in the long term. With the announcement of the purchase of the building, the company will now be owing a very important asset which is real estate. They will no longer be paying rent for their headquarters but have invested in the building for the long term vision.
