Here’s Why Wine Farm Pearl Mountain Estate Is Getting Auctioned

Here’s Why Wine Farm Pearl Mountain Estate Is Getting Auctioned. It has been reported that the Pearl Mountain Estate in Paarl is set to be auctioned in December due to the negative effects the Covid-19 pandemic had on the establishment. The effects of the pandemic continue to affect a lot of businesses, most of them will have to close down or come up with new innovative solutions to survive.

The Pearl Mountain Estate has decided to sell its establishment because it did not see any way that it could recover and get the business to how it used to be before the pandemic. On the Northern slopes of Paarl Mountain people can find Pearl Mountain, a fifth generation farm dating back to the 18th Century. Originally established in 1747 as a blacksmith’s home and forge, today it is home to Pearl Mountain Wines, Blacksmith’s Kitchen, and The Venue @ Pearl Mountain.

The farm has a facility to host functions, the venue enabled clients to entrust their special occasion to a team committed to service excellence. Well known for their efficiency and attention to detail throughout the industry, their dedicated team works closely with experienced and trusted service providers, so clients can be sure their occasion will be an unforgettable one. The Venue @ Pearl Mountain is the perfect location for a Conference, Function or a dream Wedding. According to Cape Town Etc, there has been a lot of local and international interest already about the farm, this means that people see it as an opportunity to revive the business or to simply start their own venture.

Since the business is being sold due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, the new owners might want to start their own business that is not liked to what the farm was offering. This is because the pandemic still hasn’t ended and things can change at anytime.
