SA Entrepreneur Nandi Dlepu Highlights Why Businesses Should Focus On Providing Quality Products And Services. In an interview with Yoco ZA, South African entrepreneur Nandi Dlepu highlighted why businesses should focus on providing quality products and services.
She said, “Our consistency throughout the year is something that plays in our favour because we have built loyalty, you know if you’re going to come to this thing we have created or curated, it’s going to be a good time you’re going to get value for money, it’s just about being consistent with the story you have been telling throughout the year and just being cognisant of the challenges and focused on your targets. I think for me for the most part that’s our strategy, I don’t over consider our competition, I really try to hone in on what is our USP, what had us going for the last 4 to 7 years and I try to deliver to that standard.”
Dlepu shares that when entrepreneurs focus on what they need to deliver and not what their competition is doing, they tend to deliver products or services that are of quality as they will be focused on meting its targets and satisfying its customers. This is very important if entrepreneurs want to build a loyal customer base that will continue to support it through the coming years. When a business delivers exceptional services or products it creates trust between itself and its customers, this way customers will expect excellence every time, and this will keep their entrepreneur on their toes.
She added that she is always trying to deliver the best in her business as she wants to make sure that her customers always get the value for money. This is also important as customers will feel comfortable enough in spending their hard earned money as they will deem the product or service worthy of it.
