Cornet Mamabolo’s Digni Financial Services Partners With Sepedi Music Awards

Cornet Mamabolo’s Digni Financial Services Partners With Sepedi Music Awards. South African actor Cornet Mamabolo took to Instagram to announce that his company, Digni Financial Services is now the sponsor of the Sepedi Music Awards. The post read, “Digni Financial Services @dignifinancialservices A PROUD SPONSOR OF SEPEDI MUSIC AWARDS @sepedimusicawards”

This collaboration show that when entrepreneurs set goals for their business and actually achieve them they are setting themselves up to make their business a formidable force in the market. Through this the business can secure such partnerships with organisations such as the Sepedi Music Awards.

Mamabolo earlier this year announced his departure from his long time character of T’bose on the popular TV soapie, Skeem Saam, the actor said that he wanted to focus more on growing his financial services business so that it can reach the level he has always dreamt for it. With moves such as this, Mamabolo is surely on his way to building a company that does not only work on its own but it is also willing to sponsor events or organisations that will have a positive impact in the South African society.

Sepedi Music Awards (SEMA’s) were launched to promote, preserve, uplift, develop, honour and award musicians and dancers who are creating and performing their music using the Sepedi or Northern Sesotho language, including all its dialects. The Sepedi Music Awards (SEMA) is the brain child of FAME FET owned by Mr. Matodzi Makananisa, who is also its founding Chief Executive Officer. The inaugural event of the awards took place on the 23rd September-2018, which was a Heritage month in South Africa, under the theme ‘Bafenyi ga ba lahlegelwe ke tshepho’, at the University of Limpopo.

Digni Financial Services was founded in March 2014 by Cornet Thabiso Mamabolo and Johnny Modiba. For Cornet and Johnny, this was the time for the universe to breath life into a vision they had been nurturing as sales representatives. Having been involved in sales, data management, training, consulting, intermediary and advisory services, they have seen a need to build a community in which financial service products are customised in accordance with the African way of defining and doing things, this is why this collaboration with the Sepedi Music Awards is fitting.
