Entrepreneur Lekau Sehoana Reveals Which South African Franchise He Has Invested In. South African entrepreneur and founder of Drip Footwear Lekau Sehoana took to Twitter to share which South African franchise he has invested in. Sehoana is known for establishing a sneaker brand, but he has since diversified his business interests into other sectors such as the Legends Barbershop franchise he invested in.

The post read, “Exactly a Year ago today, I Opened my First Legends Barber Franchise at Mall of Tembisa. Just opposite our @DRIPFootWear Store. A very beautiful Journey.” Lekau Sehoana isn’t only focused on building the Drip brand but he has also diversified his business portfolio, this is because he plans on building a legacy and wealth that he will be able to pass on from generation to generation.

The Legends Barbershop brand was founded by Sheldon Tatchell, who quit his job in order to pursue his dream of being a professional barber. Tatchell not only fulfilled his dream but he has also built a business that has become the leading barbershop brand in South Africa. Tatchell sought to built a Barbershop business that is very unique so that it can be distinct from its competitors, he did this through the marketing strategies he used as well as the service offering such as the barbershop bus that provides convenient mobile haircut services.

Sehoana saw the potential that the Legends Barbershop has to grow into a huge corporation in the future and he decided to invest in it. This also shows that he trust the business that Tatchell has built and he believes it is a lucrative venture. For businesses to grow, people need to invest so that the businesses can reach more people and one way this can be done is through franchising.

Both Sehoana and Tatchell built their business from the ground up and they understand the importance of expanding their businesses. This is why Sehoana saw this as an opportunity to not only help grow the Legends Barbershop footprint but for him to also be invested in the leading barbershop brand in South Africa.
