SA Entrepreneur Inga Gubeka Reveals Which Business He Would Never Venture Into. Knowing yourself as an entrepreneur and knowing which business ventures would work for you is very important as this helps one realise where they should put their efforts in. South African entrepreneur and founder of Inga Atelier Inga Gubeka took to Twitter to reveal which business he would never venture into. The post read, “Name a business you would never venture into. Me: events. I’m scared of events, artists not showing up or people not showing up etc.”

Inga Gubeka revealed that the reason he would never venture into the events industry is that he is scared of events because a lot of problems can arise. A lot of event entrepreneurs face such challenges that Gubeka mentioned and they are able to overcome them and keep their business thriving, this is because they are passionate about the industry that they have ventured in and are willing to sacrifice in order for them to grow.

Inga Gubeka chose to venture into the manufacturing business, where he designs and makes luxury leather bags. This is an industry that has its own challenges that could cause a lot of entrepreneurs to quit but Gubeka chose to invest in it because it is something that he is passionate about. He overcame the challenges that he faced because he found solutions around them and implemented them so that the business can benefit.

Every industry has its own challenges, entrepreneurs should be able to know themselves and know which business would work for them and which one wouldn’t. This is why Gubeka emphasised that he knows that the events industry wouldn’t work for him so he wouldn’t venture into it but he would venture into other business that he knows would work for him. This is why it’s also important for entrepreneurs to do thorough research before they venture into a certain industry so that they can be able to navigate through its challenges.
