Growthpoint Properties Partners With BlackBrick To Convert Riverwoods From Luxury Office Park To Luxury Apartments. Growthpoint Properties has announced that it has partnered with Setso and BlackBrick to so that it can convert Riverwoods, Bedfordview from luxury office park to luxury apartments.
“With little alteration and no additional development bulk, Riverwoods lends itself to residential conversion. By retaining the structure and many raw materials, we are conserving energy and reducing carbon emissions. According to Growthpoint these buildings’ will tell a new story as 250-plus studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments clustered by a large, lush social central courtyard with iconic water feature, encircled by meandering lawns, and featuring a clubhouse, pool, collaborative workspace and more.
