Hyatt House Announces The Launch Of Its Second Aparthotel In South Africa. It has been reported that Hyatt House has announced the launch of its second aparthotel in South Africa. The company revealed that the aparthotel will be located in Rosebank.
Hyatt House in Rosebank officially opened its doors on Tuesday. It’s located just a block away from Melrose Arch, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. “Hyatt House Johannesburg Rosebank is everything the name represents – a welcoming and warm environment that encourages guests to live like residents,” Asif Raza, the cluster general manager of Hyatt South Africa told Business Insider.
The company first opened its first aparthotel in Sandton in 2021 and due to the rising demand of luxurious accommodation in the city, the company decided to open a second aparthotel in Rosebank. “We want each and every guest who comes through our doors to feel that they can let their real-life routines roll on, even when they’re on the road.” Raza added.
The hotel boasts 80 rooms with 49 studio guestrooms and 31 apartment-style suites. These aparthotel has fully equipped kitchens and larger living rooms. Two bedroom suites are on offer as well as a 48 square-metre single bedroom suite and a 56 square-metre two bedroom suite. Hyatt House was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport.
