Park Advertising Investment Holdings has announced its partnership with M&N Brands which owns Avatar Agency, which is an established and successful full-service agency group with specialist agencies in traditional advertising, digital advertising, public relations, B2B consulting and media, to form a 100% black owned media agency called AMA.

Avatar Agency took to Twitter to make this announcement, the post read, “What a time to be alive! M&N Brands has joined forces with Park Advertising to create a 100% Black-Owned Disrupter Media Agency called AMA.” This shows that when companies partner they can achieve a lot more. This partnership will not only be beneficial to the companies involved but it will also beneficial to ordinary people as they will have job opportunities.

AMA is a large-scale media agency that has the backing of the purchasing power, tools, technology and financial systems of Park Advertising to support its endeavours with a view to change the South African media landscape. M&N Brands operates as a marketing services holding company with a kaleidoscope of investments in advertising and communication agencies.

Park Advertising Investment Holdings is a holding company for two full-service media agencies in South Africa, The MediaShop and Meta Media. Both agencies are 100% subsidiaries of Park Advertising, and are fully independent of each other. They are housed in completely seperate offices, and have their own management structures, boards, and IT infrastructure. Park Advertising houses all centralised services to both agencies; IT, HR, and finance.

The companies seek to create an agency that will be a disruotor, which means it will change the way a lot of things are done by introducing new innovative ideas that will have a meaningful impact in the industry.
