He believes that when organisation does this, they will be able to evolve and grow their business.

He also believes that if a company doesn’t do this, then the company will become irrelevant to its customers sooner rather than later. This is because it wouldn’t be able cater to everyone that exists in the community but only to a few and this will bring limited amount of growth as there will be no new solutions presented and they will remain stagnant.
