Gaia Klen And Bien Etre Partner In Order To Acquire SA Start-Up Gaia Biome SA. Gaia Klen and Bien Etre, companies founded by Adnan Mjalli have partnered in order to acquire South African startup Gaia Biome SA.

It aims to use natural elements to return severely damaged land and water to productive, healthy and valuable ecosystems. The company solves large-scale complex industrial and environmental problems with its proprietary bioenzyme product including oil products desulfurization, soil restoration for increased agriculture yield and resilience, purification of salt and fresh water for aquaculture, and offer a natural fire suppression system for jet fuel and intense heat fires.
Bien Etre is a biomedical research and development company which uses the body’s naturally occurring microorganisms found in the gut (the “Human Biome”) to pioneer anti-aging, longevity-enhancing products. Its R&D, marketing, and distribution activities are also based in North Carolina.
