SA Entrepreneur Siyamtanda Hlobo Shares What Township Entrepreneurs Can Do In order To Grow Their Businesses. In an interview with Yoco, South African entrepreneur Siyamtanda Hlobo shared what township entrepreneurs need to do in order to grow their businesses. She said how a well organized business allows for operations to run smoothly.
She said, “Because they’re a township business, they think that it is okay to run a business without systems, which is one of the biggest thing that is important when you are running a business so that it is easy for you to manage your clients, manage everything that is happening in your business especially operations, because operations is basically the cornerstone of the business. I think township entrepreneurs need to put in place systems that will really grow the business into the next level.”
