SA Fashion Entrepreneur Rifiloe Mocwa Launches Her Own Fashion Agency Called ‘HODA’. It has been reported that South African fashion entrepreneur Rifiloe Mocwa has launched a fashion agency called HODA, which seeks to partner with a lot of brands in order to connect designers to buyers.

She continued to say, “South Africa has among the highest youth unemployment rates globally. That means that now and into the future, as the economy reels from the economic hardships these rates are likely to only worsen.
