SA Mobile Payments Provider SnapScan Acquires HR Startup Radar. It has been reported that South African mobile payments startup SnapScan has acquired HR startup Radar.

Co-Founder of Radar Richard Oakley said in a LinkedIn post, “Excited to share that Radar – the startup I founded alongside Kobus Ehlers and Gerrit Greeff – has been acquired by the excellent team behind SnapScan. Congrats – and, more importantly, thank you – to everyone who’s been part of this journey and, especially, to Kobus and Gerrit for having me along for the ride.”

Radar is built from the ground up, to be as flexible as its client’s business and to support them as they continue to grow it. The company takes care of all their HR and Payroll requirements and ensures that they can focus on growing their team.
