South African Cricketer Keshav Maharaj Announced As The Brand Ambassador Of The Hollywood Foundation. South African cricket player Keshav Maharaj took to Instagram to announce that he has been chosen to become of one of Hollywood Foundation’s brand ambassadors.

The post read, “So Proud and Humbled to be Announced as one of the @hwfoundation Brand Ambassadors. I’ve always wanted to be able to give back to Cricket and give opportunities to youngsters out there. Hopefully one day with the Help and guidance of the @hwfoundation we can produce future Protea Men and Women Superstars really looking forward to this journey with the Team in making all our youngsters dreams come true. #KeshavSpinsIntoHollywood.”

Hollywoodbets has been investing in the lives of South Africans since 2012, through the My Community Programme. Having significantly increased its Corporate Social Investment over the years, having its very own non-profit organisation was the next step. In 2021, the Hollywood Foundation was established, with the goal to play an even bigger role in the communities within which the company operates in. It is on a mission to bring Hope and to work with as many people as possible to make a sustainable impact.

A total of 890 charitable organisations received donations in 2021 which ranged across old age homes, children’s home, schools and many more. On top of that, the company furthered its support towards the growth and development of small local business within South Africa. It created a brighter future for 91 SMMEs by helping them reach their career goals through various means such as financial contributions and investments in equipment.

Through these partnerships, the Hollywood Foundation aims to tackle various social issues that are affecting South African citizens by offering them hope through a meaningful contribution. It’s mission is to provide hope to the local communities by working together to bring about sustainable impact.
