Bismark’s Bistro Aims To Supply Nutritious Cat And Dog Food
Bismark’s Bistro Aims To Supply Nutritious Cat And Dog Food. Bismark’s Bistro is for all the cats and dogs out there whose hard-working owners just don’t have the time to cook them a healthy and well-balanced bowl of fresh food. The company’s food is formulated by a registered animal nutritionist. The steamed menu provides its clients’ pets with real fresh human grade ingredients with exact portions to help with weight issues and sensitive digestion systems.
The company’s passion is to help cats and dogs with alternative healthy food so that they can thrive and look and feel better. Bismark’s Bistro approaches this in the same manner as human diets: Eat fresh and balanced food and avoid processed food with salt and preservatives. The company works with an animal nutritionist and vet and it is in the process of having its food approved by the Agricultural department of South Africa. Bismark’s Bistro for dogs includes Biscuits and Bites, Braai Packs, Custom dog meal boxes and Standard meal boxes: simple, freshly cooked meals and treats created especially for canine family members.
“My husband and I decided not to have children and so Bismark, our mini schnauzer boy, is the child spirit in our house. We got him in 2014 and even took maternity leave to celebrate his new life! But in December 2017, at the age of three and a half, he was diagnosed with genetic heart disease. We were devastated. A year after his diagnosis, we are certain that we have extended his life and rescued him from premature death with his new diet. Bismark might not reach the full 15-year life span expected for a Schnauzer because of the genetic heart defect, but we are happy we are able to watch him hunt for squirrels and chase sea gulls on the beach every day until he is no longer with us.” Adele Mans, Bismark’s Bistro co-founder said on the company’s website.
“That is why we have decided to share his diet with other dog owners out there, who might be facing the same truths about the food they are feeding their dogs, or whose dogs have health issues that could be improved by a balanced and nutritious diet.” Mans added.
