LFA Mining is a level 1 BBBEE contributor (100% female youth-owned company ) specializing in manufacturing steel related structures, automotive repairs and artisan placements.

The company was founded by Lesego Mokae, Mokae has gathered experience in management and development in banking and mining sector. Her strong management experience including a role as a Strategic and Operations manager at an Engineering firm saw her grow the company’s turnover to over 9million rands in its second year of operating. She is passionate about the advancement of rural women especially in STEM. She Co-founded A Non-Profit organization that holds various mentorships and aimed at empowering rural women & youth with Entrepreneurship and Engineering skills.
