Shelflife Announces Its Partnership With Nike Air Jordan. South Africa’s leading premium sneaker and streetwear store Shelflife has announced that it has partnered with Nike Air Jordan, the company has become the first African company to achieve this. The Shelflife x Jordan 2 Collection was released in both CPT and JHB via 2 momentous events and via the company’s online store.

The evening featured the full collaboration journey where customers were able to purchase the Shelflife x Jordan 2 Collection before the global release date. They had to register to be able to attend and purchase the collection or to attend the events without purchasing. Without registration, they were not be able to enter as the release is on a first come first serve basis. “By signing up you will be given a time slot. Please ensure you arrive at the time slot you have chosen with a copy of your ID. You can only purchase during your chosen slot.The online release will take place on 21 October 2022 at 8am via our online store (Shelflife.co.za). The release will be on a first come first serve basis.” Shelflife said on its website.

Shelflife’s first-ever Jordan collaboration arrives in neutral tones featured across the upper and midsole, with hairy suede toe boxes and quarter panels as well as the accompanying smooth leather overlays and scaly collars – all fitted with creamy colours while notes of beige are placed onto the heel pieces and mid-foot trimming. Pops of bold orange poke out through the tongues and outsoles, with each pair coming with orange and green laces.
