Logicom & Lenovo ISG Extend Their Successful Partnership To Africa. Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), a global leader in intelligent transformation and smart infrastructure solutions, and Logicom Distribution, a leading international distributor of technology solutions in Europe, Middle East and Africa, have agreed to extend their successful partnership to Africa.

Leveraging on an inhouse developed diverse tech partner ecosystem, Logicom, an arm of Logicom Public (CSE:LOG) and an existing Authorized Distributor of Lenovo, will expand its distribution coverage and offer Lenovo data center and storage solutions through existing and new Lenovo channels in Africa. The increasing demand for cloud computing, the rapid spread of mobile digital technology, and the new development of digital transformation strategies throughout the African continent and across industries, represent a unique opportunity for both Lenovo and Logicom to broaden their strategic partnership and offer innovative, and tailor-made solutions to African organizations of all sizes.

“Lenovo is dedicated to being the most trusted technology partner of all businesses. Smarter technology can solve problems, create opportunities, and transform the way we all live, learn, work, and play, under the theme of “Smarter Technology for All”. In Africa, we have momentum. Our customers and partners see the value and innovation of Lenovo. Growing our smart data center line of business in Africa and accelerating our clients’ digital transformation journey are imperative parts of our strategy, and together with Logicom Distribution, we will accomplish that. Successful customer and alliance partnerships have always been the enablers to turn our vision and goals into a reality”. Alaa Bawab, General Manager, Lenovo ISG, MEA.

“Extending our partnership with Lenovo in Africa is a key pillar of our strategy to expand Logicom’s presence in new markets. The opportunities that the new markets in Africa present, will fuel growth for both Lenovo and Logicom in the near future”, commented Michael Papaeracleous, Logicom’s Executive Director of Distribution.
