Paarl Royals Announce BKT Tires As Its Associate Sponsor. SA20 team Paarl Royals has announced that it has partnered with BKT Tires, in order for the company to become the team’s associate sponsor.
The team took to its social media platforms to share the announcement, the post read, “It’s time to grow together in Pink. Welcome, @bkt_tires! 💗” The Paarl-based SA20 team is owned by the Royal Sports Group and will be led by David Miller on the field. Former South African player, JP Duminy has been named the coach with the unit playing its home fixtures at Boland Park. Paarl Royals commenced their inaugural SA20 season on Tuesday, January 10 against MI Cape Town.
While the group foundation dates back to the 1950s, Balkrishna Industries Limited (BKT) started its Off-Highway tire business in 1987. For over 30 years, BKT has successfully focused on specialist segments such as agricultural, construction and industrial as well as earthmoving, port and mining, ATV, and gardening applications. BKT Tires has rich experience as it has teamed up with renowned cricket teams before like Mumbai Indians (MI), Delhi Capitals (DC) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).
