Adapt IT International’s Mauritius Hospitality Software Business And BroadVision Form Strategic Partnership. Micros South Africa, an Oracle Gold Hospitality Partner, Adapt IT’s hospitality business, extended its reach through an acquisition of the Agileum Hospitality business in the Indian Ocean Islands region in August 2022. Adapt IT’s immediate focus was on elevating the levels of service to the clients in the region. This focus led to exploring opportunities to partner with a reputable hospitality technology company that is based in Seychelles, with capabilities of delivering quality services to our clients in this region.

The Adapt IT Hospitality software team in Mauritius will continue to join forces with the Micros South Africa (a division of Adapt IT) team to provide remote software and/or application support to clients. Further to this, Adapt IT has deployed additional employees to the Mauritius operation as part of the ongoing strengthening of the business. The Mauritius team is further supported by the South African team for third-level support to further efficiencies and improve response time for clients.
