Tshego is also an Executive Member of the Thuli Madonsela Foundation and sits on the Pride of Africa Youth Board of Directors. She is also the Founder and President of a women-support organization called The Lioness Movement.

She has, over the years acquired skills in public relations, media liaison, corporate events coordination, influential marketing, strategy planning and execution as well as marketing from a digital and traditional perspective.
