L’Oréal Paris Announces Thuso Mbedu As Its Ambassador In The Sub-Saharan Africa Region. L’Oréal Paris took to Instagram to announce that South African actress Thuso Mbedu will be its ambassador and spokesperson in the Sub-Saharan Africa region.
