How Xineoh Aims To Maximize Efficiency And Customer Satisfaction For Its Clients. Xineoh is a public company with its corporate headquarters situated in Vancouver. It’s engineering is run by its founder Vian Chinner, out of Johannesburg, South Africa.

Xineoh predicts customer behaviour using artificial intelligence (AI), and prides itself in helping its clients out-predict their competition in order to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The core strength of Xineoh’s technology lies in its ability to match people with products, match inventory with business opportunities, match prices with spending propensity and match people with usage patterns, with the use of deep learning algorithms.

Vian holds a BCom degree from the University of the Free State and is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. His first company, TrafficSquared, had a liquidity event at a valuation of $3.3M within 2 years of founding the company. In 2017 he was honoured with the Chancellor’s Distinguished Alumnus of the Year award by the University of the Free State. This award is the highest honour bestowed on alumni. Previous recipients include a South African President, Chief Justice and a Provincial Premier. Vian was invited to join the Young Entrepreneur Council, an invite-only fellowship for start-ups that achieved certain revenue and funding Milestones. He sits on CSIR’s AI panel, tasked with creating South Africa’s national AI strategy.

The Xineoh team has been building AI models to predict consumer behaviour for over a decade and they have applied it to different sectors including retail, real estate and financial services.
