SA Company Daybreak Management Rebrands To Daybreak Foods. Daybreak Management is pleased to announce the successful registration of its company name change with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission. Formerly known as Afgri Poultry Proprietary Limited (trading as Daybreak Farms), the company will now operate under the new name “Daybreak Foods Proprietary Limited.”
The decision to change the company name was approved by the Board of Directors and subsequently endorsed by the Shareholders on 14 March 2024. This transition marks a significant milestone in Daybreak’s journey towards renewal, reflecting the Board’s commitment to corporatization ambitions for the company.
