The company was founded by Sibongile V. Mthimunye, she is a former Executive with over 23 years professional experience in both Corporate and NPO Sector. Her strengths are in Management of Accounts, Stakeholder Relations, Team Management, Proposal and report writing to name but a few. She has these formal qualifications to her name: BA Social Sciences (University of the Witwatersrand), HRM (RAU) and MBA (Regent Business School). She believes in Women empowerment and contributing to the creation of job opportunities in South Africa.

It specialises in cleaning services, distribution of hygiene products (toilet paper distribution) and cleaning products. It also offers consulting services on development of company value propositions, development seminars for businesses and communities.
