The FNB Market Masters programme is designed to grow the competitiveness and success of high-potential youth-owned businesses through market and financial readiness assisting them to gain access to new markets and opportunities. The 18-month programme provides entrepreneurs with hands-on support through business development training, mentorship, strengthening financial management skills and targeted strategic insights to attract catalytic growth funds and access new market opportunities.
To qualify for this programme, your business should be:
- A majority black-owned and managed business
- Must be a youth-owned enterprise
- Business owner must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old for the duration of the programme which ends in December 2026
- Must have been in operation for 2 – 5 years
- Must have a turnover of between R 1 000 000.00 (one million rands) and R5 000 000.00 (five million rands) per annum
- Business owner must be operating and working in the business full-time
