One such celebrity is, seasoned actress and theatre practitioner, Fundi Zwane. The 35 year old former Imbewu:The Seed actress dived into the world of cosmetics with the launch of her two fragrances called, Camagu Femme and Camagu Oud.

1.Reasonable Prices:
Fundi created two fragrances from her debut, which are Camagu Femme and Camagu Oud. The latter costs only R599, whilst the former costs R499.
2. Braving Out Corona Scourge:
Launching Camagu in midst of the corona pandemic scourge, was a well thought out risk, and Fundi was determined to take it in her stride, if the business didn’t land quite well on the intended market.
3. Expansion On The Cards:
Fundi Zwane has partnered with marketing group, SaltWater, for the launching of more beauty products in the future, which include, African herbal body oil and hair food.
4. Market Research:
The newly launched fragrance line was created at the backdrop of intensive market research and innovative business strategy. Fundi recognised a gap in the market, which then propelled her to create something unique and fresh.
5. A Fitting Tribute:
The name of the fragrance, Camagu was heavily inspired by Fundi’s African heritage. Camagu means deep gratitude in isiXhosa.
