3. She designs and creates her pieces incorporating African crafts like beadwork, but modernizing them with metal finishes, crocheting or semiprecious stones.
4. She employs eight other women.
5. She studied fashion design in Paris.
6. She came back and wanted to help create jobs and help local talent to retain traditional skills like beading.
