Driven and managed by dynamic executives, with diverse expertise in asset (property and infrastructure) management and development, commercial and investment development, strategy, capacity development and implementation, project management accompanied by extensive knowledge of various regulatory and regulated industries.
Innate Investment Solutions was founded by Lynette Ntuli, who serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and it is a 100% black women owned, Level 1 BBBEE empowered service provider and partner. According to the Thriving Network, Ntuli has gathered over 15 years of diverse experiences in asset and infrastructure planning, management and development and her exposure to the built environment, and accompanied by her articulation of this insight into high impact social and economic solutions is an asset to work in providing holistic development solutions in Sub Saharan Africa. She holds post graduate property specific qualifications from the University of Pretoria and the University of Cape Town GSB.
She told Leadership Conversations that, “Starting and building Innate Investment Solutions has been a journey of discovery, hard work and alignment as we create solutions and differentiators for ourselves as leaders in the property development and infrastructure solutions space.”
