Black entrepreneurs marketplace Brown Sense took to Twitter to announce that it has secured a partnership with South African digital bank, TymeBank. It revealed that the partnership will entail a new campaign for Android phone users.

The post read, “BrownSense has partnered with TymeBank, who are introducing a new campaign for Android phone users. In order to be a part of a closed group that will test this new product, click on the link below to apply.” The company aims to offer Android phone users a chance to be part of the first people that will test the product that is coming out. By doing this they will be gaining valuable customer feedback that they can use to improve their products or to se where they should leave things as they are.

This campaign is a proof of concept for a product that TymeBank will be launching soon. The people that will be selected as part of a closed group of people to test this (first 1000 participants) will not be charged transaction fees for a period of three months. TymeBank is a bank founded on simplicity, transparency, and affordability. It believes that every South African has the right to accessible and affordable banking. TymeBank is a new kind of bank that’s digitally smart. The money it saves by not having branches means clients pay a lot less for banking.
