Founder Of Bizz-House Lebogang Lebepe Explains Why He Became A Property Investor. In an interview with DJ Sbu on the Hustler’s Corner, South African entrepreneur, real estate investor and founder of Bizz-House Lebogang Lebepe explained why he became a property investor. Lebepe believes that people should consider investing in property when they are looking to build wealth in the long term.

He said, “It’s about creating an environment for your family to succeed under the conditions that are conducive for them to succeed. I think for me to get into real estate it came in that direction, to say what’s the safest asset class that one can put their money in, it’s the safest but it also has sustainability and also gives them a platform to create wealth. So you look at all the millionaires in the world, 99% of them have some form of a property on their portfolio so that tells me that there is something right about real estate as it creates wealth, it creates generational wealth, it creates a legacy and you can be able to sustain yourself it’s the greatest tool to build wealth especially if you’re thinking third generation.”

Lebepe understands that owning an asset like property is a safe bet when one is investing, given that there is increase in the demand of the asset with less supply. He believes that when one acquires property they have made the first step to creating wealth as the price of the property will continue to increase in value, especially if it’s a property that is located in a good environment.

Being a property investor requires that one has a lot of capital that will be able to cover the costs of acquiring these properties, this is why a lot of people from disadvantaged backgrounds cannot tap into the industry, but if one is passionate enough about creating generational wealth they will find a way to raise the capital so that they can start their real estate investment journey.
