Bathu Founder Theo Baloyi Reflects On How His Start-Up Is Providing For More Than 300 Families. South African entrepreneur and founder of Bathu Theo Baloyi took to Twitter to reflect on how his startup is providing for more than 300 families. Baloyi highlights how his startup a has been able to grow over the past few years to the point where it provides for more than 300 families.

The post read, “I quit a job that only provided for me & my family to establish a business that provides for 300 more families. I jumped ship & bet on a winning horse, Who is your winning horse? In 2022 I only work on legacy & passion projects. This is how I choose to “Walk My Journey”. Baloyi shared that he quit his job that was enabling him to only provide for his family and he chose to create something that will create a lot of job opportunities so that a lot of families can also be provided for. Baloyi shows that he is not an entrepreneur that is only driven by making profits but he also has a vision of making a significant positive impact in society so that his legacy can sustain other generations to come.

Creating employment opportunities for people in a country that has a high unemployment rate shows how crucial the entrepreneurship sector is to the growth of the economy. This is why entrepreneurs should be supported in establishing their businesses as this will not only benefit them but it will benefit a lot of people and other organisations as well.

Baloyi also shared that he is working on his building and solidifying his legacy and also working on his passion projects. This shows that he is not only going to stop with Bathu but he aims to create more projects that are of importance to him and judging from Bathu’s impact in society, he will seek to make these projects also help the society in some way.
