GWork To Help Employers Better Manage Employees Who Work Remotely

GWork To Help Employers Better Manage Employees Who Work Remotely. Many teams still have not optimally adjusted to the new challenges of the remote working revolution. Home and work which once were so separate have become inextricably intertwined. With the Covid-19 pandemic still in full effect, the situation is likely not to change anytime soon, therefore it is important that people integrate with the new norm of working remotely. Gwork is providing a solution that will help employers to better manage their employees whilst they are working from home.

GWork is an online people management platform born out of behavioural and organisational psychology principles and infused with gamification. The company was founded by Oran Cohen who also serves as its CEO.

The company integrates people and tech to enable new ways of work in organisations. It consults on people and business process design to drive and build behavioural capability at scale. The platform is designed to measure employee performance and drive accountability in remote teams and helps the client to gain greater visibility of their teams. The platform will allow its clients to pick up on patterns or trends in their business, identify gaps in their employee’s knowledge and give course recommendations and to shape the business’ remote culture.

The company will help employers to unlock the full value of their employees by getting a bird’s eye view of the employee’s performance, understanding who needs extra guidance transitioning to remote work, Being able to recognise top performers and giving them praise and allowing employees to pick up on skills they need the most.

“The Gwork platform empowers the manager to gain access to insightful data about their people, but it doesn’t stop there. Like a co-pilot for managing your remote teams, it links daily actions to performance to learning feedback, guiding the behaviour managers want and unlocking their employees’ genius work remotely.” said Cohen in an interview with Start Up Africa.

This will result in greater productivity and team alignment, enhanced employee engagement and improved performance form the organisation’s employees. The company seeks to assist organisations in unlocking the full potential of their employees by driving behaviour change where it matters most. It has managed to secure clients such companies such as Absa, Deloitte, Nestle and Google through consulting work.
