The company was co-founded by Masabata Sebusi who is also the Head of Partnerships. Ms. Sebusi is an advocate for socio-economic development; she holds a Bcom in Accounting from the University of Free State and currently pursing a Post Graduate Diploma In Financial Planning Law. Masabata’s role is vital as she is responsible for ensuring the financial sustainability of Sprout Africa, by maintaining key relationships with stakeholders.

The company was also co-founded by Tumelo Zondi who is also the Head of Training. Tumelo is very passionate about community development; She holds a Bcom degree in Entreprenuership from the University of the Free State. Ms. Zondi brings into the business four years of project and operations management experience which she obtained from her involvement various NGOs and social entreprises.

Shadei Lepholletsa also co-founded the company and she is also the Head of Recruitment. Ms.Lepholletsa is a community builder and considers herself as a strategic thinker; Shadei graduated from the University of the Free State with a Bsc in Genetics and Physiology. When Shadei is not advocating for women in business through the ABSA Accelerator program, Ms. Lepholletsa sits on various NGO boards.
