Manufacturing Start-Up Radiant Energy Aims To Upskill The Youth Through Partnerships And Collaborations. Radiant Energy was founded in 2018 by Victoria and Natasha Moloisane. The company is 100% Black Woman owned and managed, it is committed to reducing carbon emissions, contributing towards building the economy and creating employment as it believes that small businesses can play a big role in addressing such issues.

The company prides itself in its technical knowledge, its approach in giving its clients high quality Solar PV solutions and putting its customer’s needs first.  The company aims to design and install systems that will best suite each client, while offering a great value for money. Radiant Energy’s mission is to always be flexible and meet the needs of its customer, to produce high quality products and give excellent customer service and to reduce carbon emissions and save the environment with our Renewable Energy program. Its vision is to be a world class manufacturer of PVC Pipes and accessories, to be a trusted service provider of Solar PV systems, to reduce unemployment and alleviate poverty, to empower women and the youth and to contribute towards growing the economy.

Radiant Energy Group plans to create employment by recruiting mostly women and the youth. It also plans to contribute to skills development of the previously disadvantaged individuals in society. Through its Non- Profit Organisation Hope and Faith Centre for Change it plans to fund studies of capable underprivileged students to pursue a tertiary qualification, especially in the rare skills sectors of the economy.

Radiant Energy has formed partnerships and collaboration with various players in the Solar PV sector. The directors have been involved in the Solar PV sector since 2015, and believe that the success of any company is through partnerships and collaboration. This approach enhances its efforts to provide its clients with a seamless turnkey solution which is underpinned by quality and value for money. The company is planning to enhance even more partnerships and collaborations to develop Solar PV technical skills of the previously disadvantaged members in communities.
