Management company CSA Global took to Twitter to respond to Bonang Matheba’s criminal allegations she made against the company. This comes after Bonang Matheba’s announced that she has terminated her contract with the management company.
The company’s post read, “For the record @bonang Ms Matheba is currently in breach of multiple contracts with various clients as she has been derelict to these brands and her own for the past six months. We are currently awaiting for a response from @bonang’s lawyers on legal letters already sent. There is no merit in these scandalous allegations; we look forward to the day in court with @bonang. Exposing the false and half truths she has been spreading.”
In a Twitter space Bonang Matheba announced that she is terminating her contract with CSA Global. She said, “So over the last few years I have been in a business relationship with a management group to represent my brand, I put my trust in them and have them stewardship over brand Bonang to build and support it across all mediums including entertainment, fashion and entrepreneurship. Today I announce that I have terminated that contract with them and they no longer represent me or any of my business ventures, furthermore I have instructed my lawyers to investigate the possibility of criminal conduct by the company and its representatives. Bonang accused the management company of being involved in criminal activities, while CSA Global maintains that Matheba’s allegations are scandalous, false and half truths. The company stated that Matheba had been neglecting her brand and her contractual obligations to other brands for over the past six months, it also emphasised that it is taking Matheba to court so that it can expose the truth.
