Entrepreneur Theo Baloyi Wins GQ Business Leader Of The Year Award At The Men Of The Year Awards 2021. South African entrepreneur and founder of Bathu, Theo Baloyi took to Twitter to share that he is the winner of the GQ Business Leader Of The Year Award at the Men Of The Year Awards.

The third annual GQ Men of the Year Awards in association with Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège took place at the Four Seasons Hotel, The Westcliff in Johannesburg. Affectionately known as “MOTY”, the prestigious awards ceremony recognises pioneers within the country who shape the cultural landscape and continue to push the boundaries. From artists to humanitarians, innovators to designers, comedians and entrepreneurs, GQ South Africa and Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège, celebrated the best talent from South Africa and Africa.

Theo Baloyi has been steady building his footwear brand and it has allowed him to pursue being a better leader. The growth of the brand indicates that the people who are working there are doing a great job. For a job to be done, there needs to be competent leaders that are able to lead the staff and reach the goals that the company set.

Baloyi seeks to solidify his company into the South African shoe market as its vision is to build a shoe brand that Africans can proudly affiliate with & accommodate everyone who is on a journey to greatness.
