Local Entrepreneur Mothupi Kgopa Is Set To Launch His Own Scientific Calculator Brand. Local South African entrepreneur Mothupi Kgopa took to Twitter to announce the launch of his own scientific calculator brand called ‘Geleza’. Kgopa seeks to provide proudly South African products learners can use to advance their studies.

This way the small business economy would be given a much needed boost and this will incentivise more innovation in entrepreneurship as this will bring about products or services that make a significant impact.
The Geleza scientific calculator will provide learners with pride as they know that they are using a locally produced product and it will give them hope to know that they can also create their own products and that they will be embraced by the community. In 2017 Kgopa started the Kgopa Foundation For Mathematics to help learners at home in Mathematics. Geleza will extend the scope of its work this year as many people want to buy and donate its calculators, thus the foundation will do the work.
The company is getting started with its plans of changing everything in education. The more people who buy the Geleza calculators the more an economy of a black man can be built. The company’s calculator was created noting that they must take over the market as they are putting a calculator in South African classrooms with a name kids can relate to, which is ‘Geleza’.
