SA Entrepreneur Lekau Sehoana Shares What People Shouldn’t Do When They Are Pitching Business At Drip Footwear

SA Entrepreneur Lekau Sehoana Shares What People Shouldn’t Do When They Are Pitching Business At Drip. South African entrepreneur and founder of Drip Footwear Lekau Sehoana took to Twitter to share what he believes people shouldn’t do when they are pitching business at Drip Footwear. The post read, “When you pitch Business at @DRIPFootWear , DO NOT Trash Talk Bathu.”

This may have come about because Sehoana experienced people who were pitching business to his company and they were discrediting Bathu. Sehoana made it clear that this type of behaviour will not be tolerated at his company. This is because he believes that people should be able to do business without bringing others down, this way more people benefit from the business partnerships that are formed and the working relationship is formed based on genuine interest of growing and uplifting.

This is shown through the partnerships the company has been involved in since its existence. Bathu might seem like Drip Footwear competitor as both its founders are young black entrepreneurs that have found commercial success around the same time, but for Sehoana it is more about working together than against each other.

This advice is very crucial, especially for people who are still trying to get their business established because having good business practices and respecting other people’s business will create a good reputation among the people in the industry that one wants to venture in. This way there will be more opportunities to work with other established business people.

Discrediting one thing for the advancement of another is not a good way to conduct a business as this puts both parties in a position that they do want to be in. This is because people might already have relationships with the business one is discrediting and therefore would not want to do business with a person that disrespecting a business relationship that has already been established.
