100% Black Owned SAMPADA Secures Euphoria Golf Estate. The estate was established in 2008 by the Erasmus family with a goal of being an impressive residential complex. The golf estate is now owned by Bafedile Mafologele, who is the CEO of SAMPADA Private Equity, which is the parent company of the Estate. Euphoria is an easy commute from the economic hub of Gauteng. The Estate is strategically located 200km North of Johannesburg in the Waterberg region of Limpopo Province. The 750 hectares Nature Reserve is situated on the Estate and is home to any animals. Leopard is indigenous to the area and can be spotted in the Reserve. This region of South Africa is also well known as a bird watching destination and up to 245 species have been identified in the area and it is located only 11 km  from the world famous Nylsvley Bird Sanctuary.

The estate is very secure as it has a high security fence surrounding the entire property. There is also 24 hour security at all the access gates and roaming guards that ensure that the homeowners and guests feel as safe and far away from crime as possible.
