Silulo Technologies Co-Founder Luvuyo Rani Highlights Why He Scaled The Tech Start-Up. In an interview with Dan Berelowitz on the ‘Mission To Scale’ show, South African entrepreneur and co-founder of Silulo Technologies Luvuyo Rani highlighted why he scaled the tech startup. He shares that the startup was built to be a place where aspiring entrepreneurs and those that are starting out to expand their knowledge and skills.
He said, “We saw a need of our services because people, they are not able to connect, they don’t have the tools and they don’t have the skills, connectivity is quite expensive yet the government and big businesses are not interested in terms of the bottom of the pyramid. So we saw that as part of the vision that we will be a leader in this space, that will be able to provide connectivity, skills, employment opportunities and technological opportunities.”
Rani understands the challenges that entrepreneurs face in South Africa, especially when they came from a disadvantaged background, this is why he was determined to build a formidable startup that will bring a positive impact to the lives of entrepreneurs and young people as they will be getting much valuable information and skills that they will need when they are venturing into their own businesses.
