As of 4 April 2022, Sage South Africa’s Payroll Outsourcing business has been acquired by ADP South Africa, a leading global technology company providing human capital management solutions. Sage’s website and branding will continue to be owned by Sage but will be used by the Payroll Outsourcing business for a transitional period.
