As August unfolds, the CfERI proudly Celebrates Women’s Month, a period dedicated to honouring the remarkable contributions of women throughout history and recognising their enduring impact on society. False Bay TVET College’s Centre for Entrepreneurship Rapid Incubator (CFERI/CFE) joins in this celebration by emphasizing the transformative power of entrepreneurship as a means for women to forge their own futures, drive innovation, and make a lasting impact.

This Women’s Month, we pay tribute to the courageous women of 1956 who united against the oppressive pass laws in apartheid South Africa. Their resilience and determination serve as a powerful reminder of women’s strength and their ability to challenge the status quo. Their bravery inspires us to celebrate the same spirit of resilience and innovation that empowers women today.

The Centre for Entrepreneurship is committed to creating an environment where women can excel as entrepreneurs. For instance, the Business Bootcamps offer immersive experiences where participants develop business plans and pitch their ideas to industry experts.
