Aspiring fashion entrepreneurs in Johannesburg now have a unique opportunity to gain practical skills and business knowledge through the Clothing & Textile Skills Development Program, offered by the House of David Tlale in partnership with the David Tlale Academy. Open to young people aged 18 to 35, this program is designed to equip participants with the tools to turn passion for fashion into viable business opportunities.

The program combines hands-on technical training with essential entrepreneurial insights. Participants will learn basic pattern making, cutting, garment assembly, finishing, pressing, and beadwork, giving them the practical expertise needed to produce market-ready clothing.
