Standard Bank Top Women Conference 2026 to Focus on Women-Led Growth and Economic IInfluence. The Standard Bank Top Women Conference 2026 will bring together business leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs and changemakers at the Sandton Convention Centre on 8 and 9 September to discuss women’s role in leadership, business and economic growth.
Now in its ninth year, the conference will be held under the theme “Her Power. Africa’s Future. Amplifying Women-Led Growth.” The event is supported by Standard Bank as Platinum Sponsor.
The programme will examine opportunities and challenges affecting women-led growth across South Africa and the continent, with discussions covering artificial intelligence, digital transformation, supplier development, entrepreneurship, sustainability and the creative economy.
Delegates will also explore inclusive leadership, education, strategic partnerships and the role of policy in creating conditions that support women’s participation in the economy.
Beyond the conference programme, attendees will have opportunities to engage with business leaders, decision-makers and entrepreneurs through networking and interactive business engagements.
A key feature of the 2026 conference will be the national finale of the Standard Bank Top Women EmpowHER Pitching Den. Three regional winners from the 2026 EmpowHER Development Series will pitch their businesses live before an expert judging panel.
The competition will determine the Standard Bank Top Women EmpowHER Entrepreneur of the Year, providing a platform for the participating entrepreneurs to present their businesses.
